with Seeka NZ$59m
- Cameron Partners advised Opotiki Packing and Cool Storage Limited (OPAC) in relation to its amalgamation with Seeka Limited (Seeka)
- OPAC provides a range of orchard and postharvest services to kiwifruit growers in Eastern Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Te Puke and Hawke’s Bay. It currently has the capacity to pack 10 million trays per season
- Seeka is a NZX listed produce company which provides orchard management, post-harvest and retail services to a variety of New Zealand’s primary produce industries including kiwifruit
- The combined company will have the capability to grow and handle fruit in all of New Zealand’s major kiwifruit growing regions
