Sale of Ritchies
to KKR
- Cameron Partners advised Ritchies Transport Holdings Limited on the sale of its business to KKR
- Founded in Temuka in 1935, Ritchies is one of New Zealand’s largest mass transport providers with a fleet of more than 1,600 passenger service vehicles and a network of 42 depots located across the country. The business provides urban, school, inter-regional, tour and charter services
- The investment will be undertaken by KKR’s Asia Pacific Infrastructure Fund. It is KKR’s first infrastructure investment in New Zealand
