- Concurrent with the acquisition of Vector, Cameron Partners and our alliance partner Rothschild & Co acted as joint financial advisors to First State Investments on the acquisition of the Maui Gas Pipeline from the Maui Mining joint venture
- After a competitive auction process they acquired the Maui Pipeline in 2016 for NZ $335m
- First State is one of the largest infrastructure investment managers globally and is wholly owned by Australia’s Commonwealth Bank Group
