The combined knowledge of M&A transactions and executing deals as a principal investor as well as an advisor brings a fresh perspective for clients when advising on transactions and acquisitions / divestments.

Recently Chris assisted in deploying $150-$200m across two private investment funds within a Kiwisaver provider, and prior to that worked on a range of M&A, capital raisings and strategic advice engagements at Cameron Partners. This included advising PartsTrader in its initial capital round with ACC and Milford, subsequent funding rounds and valuations.

Chris holds a BCA majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, Chris is kept on his toes at home with two young children, and also enjoys a lunchtime run around Wellington’s waterfront
