- Cameron Partners advised TR Group to manage an equity raising and partial sale of the Company. Subsequently we were engaged to manage a new syndicated banking facility
- The purpose of the equity-raising and debt-refinancing was to support rapid growth in the business. Champ Ventures became the equity partner
- TR Group is New Zealand’s largest truck and trailer leasing and rental company. TR Group owns in excess of 3,000 transport assets across New Zealand, which are managed via its nationwide depot network
