- OMF is a full serviced brokerage firm that offers execution services in an array of financial products within the carbon, CFDs, equities, futures, FX and options markets.
- In addition to the usual sales documents, the transaction required a carve out of the wholesale unit and the negotiation of a transitional services agreement.
