- Cameron Partners advised Contact Energy on the sale of its Rockgas subsidiary to First Gas subsidiary, Gas Services NZ Midco, for $260m
- As part of the transaction, Cameron Partners facilitated the negotiation of a long-term marketing alliance and services agreement which will allow Contact Energy to continue to offer LPG to its customers
