Jonathan has advised clients on M&A transactions, capital raising and corporate advisory mandates across a wide range of sectors. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Law with First Class Honours, and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance, from Victoria University of Wellington.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys exploring the outdoors and a wide range of activities such as kayaking, fishing, trail running, hiking, and hunting.
