IPO and subsequent capital raisings
- Cameron Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Xero in 2007 to lead the IPO of a start-up online accounting software business on the NZX. NZ$15m was raised at a post-money valuation of NZ$55m
- Cameron Partners further advised Xero on its NZ$29m capital raising in 2009, and an NZ$25m raise in 2012
- Xero now has a market cap in excess of $2.5 billion. Xero is the leader in small business accounting in New Zealand, Australia and the UK and is now listed on the ASX
