- Marsden Maritime Holdings was listed on the NZX with Northland Regional Council as the largest shareholder and Northport was a joint venture between Port of Tauranga and Marsden Maritime Holdings
- Marsden Maritime Holdings provides land, property, and infrastructure that underpin Northland’s economic growth, and Northport is New Zealand’s only natural deep-water commercial port at Marsden Point
