shareholding in WoolWorks
- Cameron Partners advised Silver Fern Farms Co-operative on its acquisition of a 12.5% stake in WoolWorks.
- WoolWorks is New Zealand’s only wool scour and is the largest wool scour in the world by volume. It processes over 100m kgs of wool annually across three sites throughout New Zealand.
- Silver Fern Farms Co-operative is owned by over 16,000 New Zealand red meat farmers. Alongside Bright Meat Group, Silver Fern Farms Co-operative is the joint owner of Silver Fern Farms Limited, New Zealand’s largest red meat processor and marketer.
