to the Crown
- Cameron Partners advised the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) in relation to the sale of its shareholding in Kiwi Group Holdings to the Crown
- Kiwi Group Holdings owns 100% of Kiwibank, New Zealand’s largest domestically owned bank, with assets of more than NZ$30 billion
- ACC administers New Zealand’s no-fault accident injury compensation scheme. It manages an investment portfolio of NZ$47 billion, which helps ACC to ensure that it can meet the cost of injury claims
